Aromatherapy is an ancient healing art which uses nature's pure essential oils to promote a state of harmony and balance between mind, body and spirit. Whether you want to feel deeply relaxed, or energised and uplifted, the choice is yours! Your therapist is a fully qualified aromatherapist as well as being fully trained in various types of massage, making this treatment very different from a regular aromatherapy massage where pre-blended oils may be used. Each 60 minute massage is tailored to meet your individual needs and following a short consultation, your therapist will create a blend of pure essential oils, with a high quality carrier oil, specially for you. A combination of massage techniques will be used with your blend of oils to help relieve muscular aches and tension, boost your circulation, cleanse and detoxify your lymph system, improving your overall mental and physical well-being. The result is an hour of pure indulgence.
